Having a Spiritual Director is really important, especially in trying to discern your vocation in life. It’s necessary to find a Spiritual Director who can help you to discover what God might be calling you to in life. A Spiritual Director doesn’t give you answers or tell you what to do, but through listening and questioning, can help you understand the presence of God in your daily life.

When choosing a Spiritual Director, it’s important to find someone who is qualified to journey with you. Just because someone is a priest or religious, doesn’t necessarily mean they can be a good Spiritual Director.
